Pastors, please complete this form and submit as part of the prospective loan recipient's application for a Pierstorf Memorial Fund Loan. Forms must be submitted by June 30th of each year.
 
The Pierstorf Memorial Fund was established in 1994 at Messiah, Fairview Park to provide assistance for Lutheran college students. To be eligible, the applicant or his/her parents must be active members of a Lutheran congregation in any Ohio county. The Pierstorf Committee relies on your endorsement of the student to verify this participation.
