How to apply
The Pierstorf Memorial Loan Fund is no longer accepting applications for the 2011-2012 school year. Please check back in March 2012 for the 2012-2013 school year.
To apply for a loan from the Pierstorf Memorial Loan Fund:
- Ensure your eligibility by checking if your church is on the list of designated churches.
- Download the 2011-2012 application as 3 separated pages (requires Acrobat Reader).
- Print in black ink or type information.
- Provide all information requested or mark N/A if not applicable.
- Ask the pastor of your church to complete and sign the “Pastor’s Comments” section on the application. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have this section received by the committee by the application deadline.
- Include a writing sample following directions on page 3 of the application.
- Include the appropriate transcript.
- Check that both you and your parent or guardian have signed and dated the application.
- Do not staple pages of the application or transcript.
